3. Ordering and Payment

Engagement begins upon registration or purchase of a product or service. Fees are due in accordance with the pricing schedule presented at the point of engagement.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Requests for a refund of prepaid legal services must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and refunded to the original method of payment. Unused hours may be transferred to another service date upon written request. Customized services such as bespoke contract drafting are non refundable due to the preparatory work involved.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be refunded if a request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they remain in original condition. To initiate a refund or exchange please contact our team via contact form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Delivery costs are non refundable.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on lexaviralet.com. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.
